In the early days of our nation, many Americans had a vision – a calling – to settle the wild west. By the hundreds they loaded up all they had, left all they knew for the great adventure. None of these pioneers knew what lie ahead of them. But today, our lives are built on their efforts. In a very similar but much greater way, the early believers had a vision – a calling – to take the Gospel to the world – primarily the West. They didn’t know what they would encounter. They left all they had, all they knew and also headed out on the Great Adventure. Today, we exist as a church because of their intentional efforts to pioneer the Gospel.
