I became a follower of Jesus at age 17. In college God made it evident that I was called to vocational ministry. I received my Bachelor’s in biblical studies from Southwest Baptist University and later received a Master’s degree in biblical languages. I had the opportunity to serve as Minister to youth at Lexington First Baptist Church for over four years and later as Headmaster of Ozarks Christian Academy for 11 years. In 2011 I co-founded Bethlehem Christian Academy (schools for impoverished children) in Zambia Africa, and have had the opportunity of helping plant churches on those campuses. My family is very excited to have an opportunity to serve the children and families of Canaan. Amy and I married in 1998 and we have five children, Noah, Anna, Emma, Laura and Nati.
